Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to two business days to process your order and up to ten days to process personalized orders.


We do offer expedited processing. Contact us at askus@cecesgifts.com or 704-846-9730 to discuss your timeline.

TRACKING

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information for up-to-date information.


What if the package was lost or stolen? You will need to follow up with the delivery service to help locate and/or file a claim for replacement. We do not cover the cost of lost or stolen orders. OH!!! Remember to check with your neighbor(s); it might be at the wrong location.

During checkout, select local pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready. Local pickup orders will be available within 24 hours of placing your order. Personalized products will take 3-5 days to process.


We will work with you to arrange the best pickup option that suits your schedule. 

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer free shipping up to $12.50 for orders over $50.00 with the code “FREESHIP!”.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping except to Ukraine. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimated at 8 to 20 days, depending on the country, type, and size of the order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CeCe's Home & Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURN TO SENDER

We want you to get your purchase timely so the fun can begin. Ensure that the address provided on your order is correct so it doesn't return to us. Suppose it does come back due to incorrect information. In that case, we'll notify you via email and ask for an updated shipping address. Sadly, you will need to pay for the additional shipping cost for us to ship to an updated address.  

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at askus@cecesgifts.com with your order number, a photo of the item's condition, and the internal and external packaging. We will do whatever is necessary to make this right. We want all our customers to have an easy and personalized shopping experience.
